We all have dreams, regardless of the size and ambition of the same. When you have a dream you can feel it in your body, it is alive inside you! That sensation wakes in you the creative unconscious.

First we have a VISION, that in my case it’s a world where all BEINGS are born and grow, being unique, within a connected and harmonious family and that they will be happy.

The vision is always planetary, so it’s necessary to slice it, so we still can work, with focus and determination, in order for it to be achieved.

As my dear mentor, Robert Ditls, says NLP are tools for dreamers. That is to say, with the tools and practices that it gives us, we can make dreams come true.

How? Here are the steps revealed by Dilts and in which I believe, practice and achieve my MISSION (that is unique, just as yours also is). To Play a role so that each woman wakes her consciousness, she connects with her essence and that each mother establishes the connection with her children: To believe and Chunk Down.

To believe

To make your dreams come true you need to believe in them! Inside the beliefs, there are five essentials:

• It’s important, I want!
• It’s possible!
• It’s ecological for me (it suits me)!
• I can do it!
• I deserve it, I have permission (self permission)!

To believe with the three brains – cognitive, cardiac and enteric – is the key!

Chunk Down

To transform something big in small steps. For that, you make a story board. How?
When you see the impressive mountain you want to climb, see yourself on it, put yourself in the dream, visualize, bring the future to the present, instead of staying in the present imagining the future. Remember you are unique, your identity is unrepeatable, you belong to something bigger than yourself and on the other hand you are a channel from where your dreams flow as a mission and serve the world.

Through an infinite world of possibilities, you give life to your dream (something we work so much on my courses). Follow your heart, it always knows the answer. Never stop growing.

If on the way you still have doubts, reach for your inner child and you will feel again that everything is possible! This is what happens when dreams lead life!
