Rita Aleluia is an author, NLP master trainer, international lecturer and consultant, globally recognized for being the pioneer in integrating Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and the generative work into families, by creating Generative Parenting.
Rita believe that life is not about perfection, it is about connection!
A journalist for 16 years, television was her main home. Inaugurated the Canal Notícias de Lisboa (CNL), worked as coordinator and journalist in the 'Hora Viva' program (RTP1), under the heading 'Alternative Sciences', investigative journalist and pivot at TV Ciência, journalist at SIC, among others. In written journalism, she stood out in Jornal Notícias da Madeira, as an economy editor and on radio, creating, coordinating and presenting the program 'Ser Criança' at TSF M.
In 2010, Rita realized that journalism was not enough to transform societies for the common good. At the same time, she felt that she was not connected with her 1st daughter. And that is how NLP comes into her life. Rita started her journey in Portugal and headed for the Netherlands, looking for answers in the area of Parenting & Education and never stopped, continuing her journey of studies and research in Spain, France, the United Kingdom and the United States. It was the beginning of the creation of NLP & Generative Parenting, which integrates NLP, generative work, neuroscience and epigenetics, quantum physics, neurobiology, with the support of among others: Judith DeLozier, Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Daniel Siegel and Robert Dilts.
Rita is changing the global education paradigm. I personally testify her success as a professional and as a mother. She is the leader in this field, with her humility and compassion to lead this change.
Robert Dilts
Rita was nominated by the Regional Government of Madeira, one of the most inspiring women of 2018. In 2020 she founded Aldeia Generativa, a global community of professionals and generative families that cooperate in the transformation of the educational paradigm, through the poles: Education, Science & Research, Social Care and Coherence Healing.
As an international speaker, Rita is one of the names usually present at University California SC (UCSC), NLP International Conference (London), NLP Global Summit (Índia).
Rita is a lifelong learner moving to develop herself so that she can invite more potential out of others. Rita has a beautiful presence and commitment to making a difference in dealing with the challenges of being a mother. Rita impacts people around her in a way that allows love and sharing to flow so freely. Rita is making a contribution to NLP field and to the world.
Judith DeLozier
Rita is the Ambassador for Portugal of ANLP - The International Association for NLP and the representative of NLP U - NLP University California and maintains a connection with the HeartMath Institute, in the investigation of the coherence between heart (cardiac brain) and mind (cognitive brain).
